Landon's first swim

Landon had his first swim yesterday! As you'll see from the pictures and video, he's suited up and ready. We can't decide if he enjoyed it or not. He kicked around a little, but overall gave us no indication that he loved or hated it. The reason we were at the pool is somewhat interesting...
Our city was without water for 6 days! We had to get to a hotel because things were piling up at home. We were grateful to find a GREAT hotel only 30 minutes away! And it had a swimming pool! We're back home now and I'm doing TONS of laudry and dishes! Thanks to those of you who knew about our water problem and prayed!

Our First Father's Day

This was Scott (and Landon's) first Father's Day. We didn't do anything special, but we were able to spend most of the day together. Scott's been really busy this week, so that was a treat for all of us. Landon is learning to roll from his front to back. He'll only do it by himself when I don't have the camera!

Well, we finally feel settled in our new apartment. I will take some pictures when we get some things hung on the walls. We've been waiting for our new table and chairs for two weeks. They were delivered last night at 9(only in Turkey)! Anyway, this is what Landon has to say about our new house...

Landon got a baby swing! We were soooo excited! We've been looking for one here and when we found a store that sold them, they were out. They don't know when they will get some more. Last Sunday, a friend (with 2 kids) said, "you don't happen to want a baby swing do you?" Landon loves the swing!
