Trunk of Treasures!!

We finally got our trunk of treasures!! Yeah!! Our friends brought it to us on Saturday. It was filled with all sorts of fun foods, clothes, electronics, toys, DVDs, and books! Thanks to everyone who contributed! Landon has been looking forward to playing with this Ernie for a LONG time - he's still a little leery when I turn him on, though. Ernie and Cooper are best friends now. They go no where by themselves.

This is Landon's Easter outfit and new shoes. He says the shoes are big, but I think it's because he's used to his other shoes where his toes touch the ends.

We went on a picnic the other day. We went to an old monastery that's about an hour from our house. Landon had a great time playing with the ball. We ended up eating near this little village on the ocean. It was lots of fun!

Landon's birthday

Landon turned 2 on March 13 (last Thursday). We didn't celebrate until yesterday, though. On his birthday we gave him a little car that he can ride inside. He loved it!! The video is long, but the facial expressions are priceless (to us anyway). Yesterday we celebrated with some friends of ours whose little girl's birthday is today. The kids had a great time watching each other open presents! Landon especially loved the candle on his cake! Yes, for those of you thinking, 'is that a votive candle?' it is a votive. I forgot to buy birthday candles! However, this one worked great because we were able to take lots of pictures and videos. Landon has decided that he LOVES the birthday song and is still asking us to sing it to him!
