We celebrated Landon's third birthday at our friends' house after worship a couple weeks ago. He is still talking about presents and cake and blowing out candles. He tells Patrick that one day later he'll get presents for his birthday, too.
Our cute little baby is growing up. He's holding on to furniture and walking, eating lots of new foods like cheerios, bread, chopped (vs. pureed)carrots. I think he'll be catching up to his big brother soon and paying him back for all the mean things Landon does to him!

The boys really are such a blast! We have our days where I think I'm going to go crazy, but most of the time we have a great time. Landon plays really well with Patrick when he wants to and even shares toys. Usually it's if I'm not in the room. We are so thankful to have them and more thankful that they are healthy. Adjusting to our home here has been a rollercoaster. We are trying to get the boys sleeping in the same room. Every night we've moved Patrick out because one or both of them has waken up. We'll get there, though. I'm thinking I'll start potty training Landon next weekend, so I'm sure that will add to the waking up at night. I just keep telling myself how nice things will be when they are both sleeping and not waking each other up. AND how nice it will be to only change diapers for one child. The other thing that we are SOOOO thankful for is our babysitter. Landon does not remember anything he learned in Turkish before we left for the States 7mo ago. Somehow, though, he and the babysitter are communicating and she is such a trooper trying to figure out what he's talking about. Praise God for her!!
