We went camping this past weekend

We went camping with our friends this past weekend. We had fun, but realized it would be a lot more efficient to stay more than one night. I think most of our time was spent setting up or packing up! The boys played in the water, enjoyed roasting hotdogs and s'mores on the fire.

The boys' first day of preschool

Here they are ready to walk out the door. You can tell who was excited and who wasn't so sure...

On the way...We walk about a block down the street, cross the street, and then through a grassy field. It takes about 10 minutes from the time we leave the door. Not bad!

Here's the school. It's on the bottom floor of the apartment building. The classrooms are big and the backyard is great!

We went to Landon's favorite restaurant the other day. It's a place that has not so great food, but tons of these riding toys. We don't actually put money in them. The boys just climb all over them!

PaPa and Gally gave the boys this book that has voice on it. The boys love to listen to PaPa and Gally read to them!

Landon's new glasses. We went to the beach and he wore these everywhere. Really! He wore them to breakfast, lunch, dinner, the pool, and the beach. He wanted to wear them on the way home, but we said 'no' because he had huge red circles around his eyes!

Landon's play house

Landon built a play house today and is going on a fishing trip 'way early in the morning'.

Patrick climbed up into Scott's legs and laid down the other day. It's so funny having a child who likes to lay around and relax! I never saw Landon take a break from playing unless it was bedtime!
