What Landon has to say about it...

Well, we finally feel settled in our new apartment. I will take some pictures when we get some things hung on the walls. We've been waiting for our new table and chairs for two weeks. They were delivered last night at 9(only in Turkey)! Anyway, this is what Landon has to say about our new house...

Landon got a baby swing! We were soooo excited! We've been looking for one here and when we found a store that sold them, they were out. They don't know when they will get some more. Last Sunday, a friend (with 2 kids) said, "you don't happen to want a baby swing do you?" Landon loves the swing!

THEY MADE IT!!

It took three planes, one delayed flight, and 22 hours, but they made it. We have been out today taking a boat tour and looking around. Hope you all enjoy the pictures.

This week with Landon...

This has been quite an eventful week with Landon. We are teaching him to sleep through the night, which for us, means we get to listen to him scream for 20 minutes at 3am! We're making it and he is learning, though. Hopefully, just a couple more nights of this. Landon is starting to realize that people can intertain him. He loves to hear our Turkish neighbors talk to him - his eyes grow REALLY big and he gives them a little smirk (I'll have to try to capture that with the camera). He is smiling at Scott and I when we talk to him and has begun to make a few noises other than his usual grunts.

Today I found my thumb! So far today, I've only found it one more time with mommy's help. Mommy is really hoping I get used to finding it, though!
